For those of you in MA, try this quiz (it’ll take you 3 mins) and see where your basic recycling knowledge stands. I’ll be transparent, I got one wrong but I won’t tell you which one, just know I have REGRETS. But for real, don’t stress if you don’t do as well as you hoped – we’re all learning, clearly. I will tell you it was the one that’s probably the most widely debated topic in the recycling world, IYKYK.
The Recycle Smart MA website has a great resource called the Recyclopedia. Just type in what you need to dispose of and it’ll tell you how to do it properly. See wish-cycle for the importance of throwing only recyclable items in your curbside bin and nothing extra.
